At the Baltimore Pain Management Center, you will be seen by one of our Board Certified Physicians for every visit.  This will insure that you receive the highest level of care available to help manage your pain.

David Gichtin, M.D. Dr. Gichtin has been actively practicing pain management for over 15 years.  He is one of the most established pain managment physicians in the Baltimore area.  Dr. Gichtin completed his Anesthesiology and Pain Management training in 1992 from the Johns Hopkins Hospital.  He is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Rae Aranas, M.D. Dr. Aranas is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine.  He completed his Anesthesiology training at the Washington University School of Medicine followed by an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.  Dr. Aranas is a board certified Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology.  His expertise includes fluroscopically guided interventional procedures and implantable devices.
